Hatha Yoga

In this traditional-style yoga class we warm the body with pranayama, breath exercises, followed by Sun Salutations, followed by a specific sequence of standing postures. Once the body is warm and the standing poses are completed, we head to the floor for deep, seated postures. The class concludes with inversions and savasana, yogic rest, lying flat on their backs to absorb the affects of their practice. This class is suitable for students of all levels.
